In number 1 we were all outside and the owners were in the room asking the question. I amplified the noise it sounds mechanical.
Not the vibrating it's more like a chirping.
Just before I say can you do that one more time for us

In number 2 its very subtle so I again amplified the sound it sounds like a screech.

In number 3 which has also been amplified we were all wrapping up just talking normally amongst ourselves. We hear Thomas.... 
The name I was thinking of was Steve. Not even close to Thomas.

Report:

   The investigation went well the homeowner claims the children wake up with night terrors and the adults see a full body apparition on the staircase of a child. Are the children waking in the middle of the night from the foolishness of a spirit?  Was the name we heard in the recorder the name of the child apparition? Was the spirit trying to tell us something? 
   We came to the Madison Manor to help find the answers. But many questions are yet to be answered we have already contacted the family and they have agreed it would be in the best interest to return soon. As well as to the whole basement and Neighboring units. We really don't believe the investigation will be over before the whole building has been completely investigated......... The Team
